Every Rosesilience piece is made to order. All domestic and international orders are held for 24 hours before entering production, giving you time to request a change or cancellation. Once the 24-hour period ends and production begins, changes and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

U.S. Orders — Printed and Fulfilled in the USA

Every order delivered within the United States is printed, produced and fulfilled in the USA. After the 24-hour hold, domestic canvas orders typically require 5–8 business days for production and delivery. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

International Orders

After the 24-hour hold, international orders typically require 2–5 business days for production, followed by approximately 1–20 business days for delivery. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

Because Rosesilience pieces may be produced by different fulfillment partners, items within the same order may arrive separately. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Returns and Cancellations

Every Rosesilience piece is made to order specifically for you. We hold your order for 24 hours before production begins, giving you time to request a change or cancellation. Once production begins, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

However, we believe in doing right by every customer. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order information. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement when eligible.

Rosesilience canvases are built to last. Each piece is printed on fade-resistant, acid-free and pH-neutral canvas, then stretched over a durable solid-wood frame to preserve its color and structure for years to come.

To care for your canvas, gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, high humidity and prolonged direct sunlight.
