Each canvas is made to order specifically for you. Shipping is charged separately from the artwork price. All rates below are in USD and apply to one canvas.
U.S. SHIPPING
Contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.:

• 24 × 36 inches: $30
• 30 × 40 inches: $30
• 40 × 60 inches: $220
Alaska and Hawaii:
• 18 × 24 inches: $35
• 24 × 36 inches: $60
• 30 × 40 inches: $65
• 40 × 60 inches: Unavailable
The 40 × 60 canvas ships only to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Shipping to U.S. territories is currently unavailable, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations at the following rates:
• 18 × 24 inches: $130
• 24 × 36 inches: $150
• 30 × 40 inches: $150
• 40 × 60 inches: Unavailable internationally, including Canada
Size restrictions:
• Australia: 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 inches only.
• Central African Republic, Eritrea, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Kosovo: 18 × 24 inches only.

MULTIPLE-CANVAS ORDERS
The listed rates cover one canvas. Additional shipping charges apply when ordering multiple canvases. Your total shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
We hold your order for 24 hours after purchase so you can request a cancellation or change before production.
After this hold, production typically takes 2–3 business days. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and shipping service.
Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Production and delivery timelines are estimates. International orders may experience additional delays during customs processing.
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. Any applicable charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

After the hold, production typically takes 2–3 business days. Orders released outside production business hours begin processing the next business day.
Shipping time is additional to the 24-hour hold and production time.

Customs processing may extend delivery times.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
We will email your tracking information when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information.
Production and delivery timelines are estimates. Delivery timing varies by destination and shipping service. Holidays, high order volumes, weather, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may cause delays.
If a shipping restriction prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or arrange a refund if fulfillment is unavailable.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your shipping address carefully before purchasing. To request a correction, email support@rosesilience.com within the 24-hour hold period and include your order number and corrected address.
Changes may affect shipping charges. Once production begins, order changes are no longer available.
SHIPPING SUPPORT
For delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments, email support@rosesilience.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the canvas and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we review your request.
