These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Rosesilience website and purchases of our canvas artwork, apparel, and related products.
Rosesilience is operated by Rosesilience Holdings Company LLC. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rosesilience Holdings Company LLC.
Please review these terms and the applicable shipping, cancellation, and return policies before placing an order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product photographs, room settings, and mockups are illustrative. Please check the listed dimensions, materials, colors, and apparel size guides before purchasing.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and finished products. Minor variations in printing, fabric, placement, and finish may occur. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Our canvas artwork and apparel are made to order. Production times, cancellation options, shipping rates, and return procedures differ by product category.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Product prices, currency, applicable shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment.
We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, unavailable products, shipping restrictions, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges.
We will not charge you an increased price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Canvas orders are held for 24 hours after purchase before release to production. Cancellation or change requests must be emailed to support@rosesilience.com within that window.
Apparel cancellation and change requests are subject to the Apparel Shipping, Returns & Replacements Policy.
Include your order number and request details. Changes may affect product prices and shipping charges. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer available, except where required by law.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping availability depends on your selected products and delivery address. Eligible options and charges are displayed at checkout.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages on different dates.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your order is substantially delayed or cannot be fulfilled, contact support@rosesilience.com so we can assist and provide any remedies required by law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Destination restrictions and customs processing may affect shipping availability and delivery timing.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
Please review the return and replacement policy applicable to your product category before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@rosesilience.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where reasonably available.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide appropriate instructions.
Our made-to-order policies do not override any cancellation, return, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.
ARTWORK, POETRY & DIGITAL CONTENT
Artwork, poems, recordings, designs, logos, photographs, and other website content are owned by Rosesilience Holdings Company LLC or used with permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce its artwork or design.
Any poem, recording, or other digital content included with a purchase is provided for personal, noncommercial use. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, or publicly upload that content.
This section does not restrict lawful resale of a purchased physical product.
PROMOTIONS & CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with each offer.
Where a product supports a charitable organization or cause, the applicable product page or campaign terms will identify the beneficiary and explain how the contribution is calculated.
Do not assume that every purchase includes a charitable contribution or that your purchase qualifies as a tax-deductible donation.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You may not use our website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorized access, or infringe another person’s rights.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in connection with our website and orders.
RESPONSIBILITY & CONSUMER RIGHTS
We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations to you under these terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively. The terms and policies in effect when you placed an order govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
