PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Apparel production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on your delivery address and selected service.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates. Holidays, high order volumes, weather, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may cause delays.

SHIPPING RATES & AVAILABILITY

We ship apparel to select destinations. Availability depends on the product and delivery address. Eligible shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

Some destinations and products have additional restrictions. If no shipping option appears, email support@rosesilience.com for assistance.

Canvas shipping rates and size restrictions do not apply to apparel.

Orders containing apparel and canvases, or multiple apparel items, may arrive in separate packages on different dates. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Unless expressly included at checkout, international shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. Any applicable charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Each apparel item is made to order especially for you. This policy applies to clothing and hats purchased from Rosesilience.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

To request a cancellation or change, email support@rosesilience.com immediately after placing your order. Include your order number and request details.

Changes and cancellations are available only before production begins. Changes to size, color, or delivery address may affect your order total and shipping charges.

Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.

RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or minor color variations between screen displays and the finished product, except where required by law.

Please review the product’s size guide, color, and description carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@rosesilience.com promptly and within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the issue.
• A photo of the size label if you received the wrong size.

For confirmed damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will arrange a refund.

Please contact us before returning any item. A physical return may not be necessary.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived, email support@rosesilience.com promptly and within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please confirm your shipping address and check with household members and your carrier, then contact us for assistance.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, return, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

PRINTED T-SHIRTS & HOODIES

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
• Use mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed and permitted by the care label.
• Air dry for best results, or tumble dry on low.
• If ironing is needed, use a cool setting with the garment inside out. Never iron directly over the print.
• Do not dry clean.

EMBROIDERED HATS

• Gently hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
• Spot clean with a damp cloth when possible.
• Avoid bleach, brushes, and scrubbing the embroidery.
• Do not machine wash.
• Reshape gently and allow to air dry.
